PREMIUM with performance bloodlines- now under saddle
Shiraz is correct with good movement. We expect him to be as rideable as the other Sir James offspring have been. He has performance bloodlines with world class dressage horses in his pedigree.
Birth report: This colt came when it wanted to, 21 days before its "due date" of 6/23. We were expecting him because Whaffle's milk turned white. He had no problems being early but he looked a little ribby for a few days. Now he is running all over the pasture making Whaffle run after him. He is very pretty as most of the Sir James foals are and we think this was a good cross for substantial Whaffle.
SOLD!Congratulations to Alyson!
He is getting better and better with each ride. We took him and Ehlliot off property for the first time on 9-9-20 and he was a packer!!!! Then he went off property to a schooling dressage show where he needed no lunging. He placed 2nd in both classes (tr. 1 & 2) with a 64.808% and a 70.862%. Off property first time: In the outside ring July 17, 2020, take a look: Shiraz RSF is one of the three geldings recently returned from the breaker, and we are quite happy with this sweet boy's progress. Shiraz has an uphill set neck, so of course we will need to work on getting him to lower it and work over his back, but we think his gaits are good with a hint of suspension in the trot. Keep an eye on him, folks! New video May 6, 2020: March 5, 2020:
