Named top filly at her large Hanoverian foal inspection at Hilltop Farm. The head of the German Hanoverian Verband said "10 for gaits", "German Elite Foal Auction quality" and "I would buy her and bring her back to Germany with me." Michael Bragdell who handled EM Lhuau said watching her go gave him the chills, she was so good. Wow is all I can say. This filly is just what I ordered (except for the color- I was hoping for dark brown).

Foaling report: The birth of this beauty makes Lhuau an Elite Mare with the American Hanoverian Society. Fhrisbee will be taller than her mother and seems to have inherited her mother's amazingly good hind leg action, something Farewell III needs in a pairing. We think this filly is quite good!Birth report: Much drama with this birth. Lhuau was obviously scared and in pain. At one point, as Fhrisbee had just her two front legs and her nose out, Lhuau decided to get herself cast in the stall, upside-down on her back. I wasn't going neart those hind legs to help, so we got a rope around Lhuau's hind foot and pulled her away from the wall. The rest of the birth was uneventful, thank you! A nice first foal of good size. She is a pretty chestnut (is there something in my water that I get all these chestnuts????)

SOLD! Congratulations to Kristen Schwagerle!
