Premium Foal, Foal of Distinction and Named Champion Filly at our large GOV inspection
"Just what we want to see in a filly", was what the judges said about Shilhouette. She pranced around like she owned the farm. She has been shown twice at Dressage Sporthorse Breed Shows, and she was named foal champion twice, qualifying for the East Coast Breeders Championships at Dressage at Devon. Her dam, Fhlora's half brother named Callaho's Benicio (by Belissimo M) meanwhile created quite a stir at the German Bundeschampionate, winning the FEI 6 year old class with a score of 9.4! Fhlora was named Grand Champion at the Bucks County Horse Park breed show. Buy her now, or try and beat her in the competition ring later. Expensive, and worth it! You would pay waaaay more than this at an auction in Germany.
Foaling report: Born on an unseasonably hot afternoon. Fhlora came in from the field for afternoon feeding and immediately had her foal. Wow is all I can say- this filly is stunning!
SOLD!Congratulations to Vicky Sher of PA!
Show Results
Shilhouette ends up the year as Reserve Champion for the USDF Year End Fillies of 2011, and Champion for the GOV in All Breeds!
After empty successes at two breed shows (Bucks County Horse Park and Maplewood Warmbloods) where Shilhouette won her class being the only entry, it was good to feel validated at Dressage at Devon 2011, where she was placed second with an 82% in the Fillies of 2011 class. She then proceded to canter her way around the ring for the Foal Championship and for the GAIG USDF Foal Championship where she placed 4th. That Stinker!
