Named premium foal at our GOV insp and awarded a Foal of Distinction ribbon!
Wow, Chee Chee is surely a super producer for us. This is a wionderful colt who looks like all of the other Shakespeare foals. He is tall and leggy and a really super mover.
Foaling report: Sharpshooter is very tall and leggy. He has a pretty head with correct legs. Movement report will come later.
Foaling report: Finally- another boy. The girls were winning 2:1 in numbers. This is yet another cookie cutter bay foal from Shakespeare. I am going to need cattle I.D. tags to put on the halters at weaning so I can tell the Shakespeare foals apart. They are all cookie cutter similar.
SOLD!Congratulations to Laura Eyre of FL!
FOR SALE: Two New Videos 3-16-12
3-7-12. He is a little butt high in this video. Both Sharpshooter and Showdown went for an off site lesson with Scott Hassler on 2-17-12. It was their first trailer ride, and their first time being ridden off property. They were super! I have the video, but it is a video of a video, since we had to use my old camera and my new computer doesn't recognize it anymore. The video taken at home today follows. He is really super, folks!
12-17-11 One of two that are the first Shakespeare RSF offspring to go under saddle- Showdown is the other one (so far!). If they are all like these two, I will be a very happy person! Sharpshooter is world class, in my opinion. Since they are just 2 1/2, they are ridden just a few days a week, and it is all I can do to keep John and Cara from riding them every day.
Here is Sharpshooter after being under saddle just two months:
