Sheyenne has a placid disposition and is always the first one in the paddock to follow the feed cart or visit anyone who walks in. She acts like a dog in her devotion to people! Of course she is a good mover and she should be soooo rideable.
She looks exactly like her dad did at birth. She will have a beautiful head and she is long legged and very tall. She spent her first night playing and running in the stall around mom, and she certainly looks like a big mover- she has no problem keeping up with mom's big fancy trot when turned out in the indoor (we are having nasty, rainy and cold weather)
Foaling report: The first Shakespeare foal is here, and she is a clone of her dad!!! At 11:30 pm, Giadonna delivered a very beautiful, very long legged and tall filly by Shakespeare. This is very exciting for me, because it is my first foal from Shakespeare, and it is out of a Gold Luck daughter. I feel that this cross is like the culmination of my breeding program.
