Whellington is under saddle and so far, he shows an amazing balance with really spectacular gaits.
Whellington has sold to Vicky Sher, who 17 years ago bought Campaign (by Cabaret out of Gladden Pell) from me. She was very successful with him up to the Grand Prix level in dressage, training him herself. He was Holsteiner HOY at least once that I remember. Now she has come back to RSF and purchased again. Whellington is perfect for her!
He has now been taken off the property for a lesson. It was his first time riding in a horse trailer. He got right on, stood quietly during the ride, and stood like a pro in the trailer eating hay while Hhamilton's lesson was going on and he was left in the trailer alone. What a good boy!
SOLD!Congratulations to Vicky Sher!

We took Whellington and Whalter to a schooling dressage show at the NJ Horse Park on Saturday, 2/26/2011. It was Whellington's third time off the farm, and his first ever time in a dressage ring. Both boys did great. They loaded and trailered like pros, stood in the trailer while the other one was ridden and went into the ring like experienced show horses. Whellington and Whalter competed against each other in training level tests 2 & 3. Whellington placed first in both classes with the amazing scores of 73.214% and 69.6%. He received 8's on gaits and harmony in both tests, along with quite a few 8's scattered throughtout the tests. Whellington was slightly behind the vertical at times, but otherwise, we were thrilled with his first time horse show experience.

Birth year report-2007-See the new photos of Whellington taken at the GOV inspection. There was hardly one where his four feet were not all off the ground- this boy has some real power!
At the GOV inspection in July, 2007, Whellington was awarded a premium foal award. They said that he looked like the kind of horse that will make it to the FEI dressage ring!
