This filly is a twin of Lhoretta, her full sister born last year. She is a friendly foal and is a real beauty. She was born late at night, so I was still able to get a few hours sleep before the next foal was born at 10 am the following day.

Inspection and Show Results

See the photos from the AHS inspection that I have finally had time to post! At our AHS inspection on July 15th, 2007, Lhemon Pie was tied for top filly with our own Lhuau. The judges said they were the top foals of the day.

Dear Mo, I just wanted to update you and thank you again for the great horse I am lucky enough to own. Lhemon Pie, "Pippa" is doing great. Sara Schmitt spent last summer putting her under saddle and Pippa now has everyone in the barn wrapped around her hoof. She is so pretty, sweet and easy! Last March I was diagnosed with breast cancer and came out to the barn after chemo to watch my girl get braver and braver about this whole riding and work thing. Just knowing she is waiting for me this spring has been such a good reason to take care of myself and get through all the medical drama.
