Hi Mo,
Just an update on Scarlet (Ghone with the Wind). She is terrific. I rode in a clinic monthly last year with Jan Brons at Chesapeake Dressage. Everyone who see’s her, says “Isn’t she cute” (because she is on the smaller side), then they see her under saddle and there next response is wow, what a pretty mover. Hunter people like her, dressage people like her, everyone likes her. I have never owned a mare before, but if they are all like Scarlet, I will not hesitate to buy another. If Scarlet could talk to me she would probably suggest a manicure or a cup of coffee. She is my bud. I hope to start seriously competing her this year. We went to some schooling shows and the clinics last year. She is more mature this year, so that is the plan. I am going to attach a schooling show picture from her first show and the snow picture again. Did you get the snow picture I sent you?
Linda
linda reports that Scarlett is fabulous under saddle- really balanced and fancy in her movement, and cooperative and willing to learn- traits we find over and over again in Gold Luck offspring.
2007- I heard from Linda that Scarlett is doing great. "She's fantastic- you can breed horses for me to buy anyday, Mo". She will soon be going off to be broke, and Linda hopes to present her for inspection and do the MPT with her. |
