A handsome black youngster with exceptional bloodlines. Recently gelded as we just had too many "boys" on the property and need to make room. Started under saddle and progressing well. Good rideability. Will be very tall, 16.3H+ already!
SOLD! Congratulations to Sheila Hultgren of Erie, PA!

Hi Mo,
It's been such a long since I've been in touch, I thought it was about time you received an update on Lhunar. He is such a wonderful guy and has been so good! This was his first official year of showing and we qualified for the Region 2 championships at Training Level, which I thought was wonderful for a 4-year-old! We are still training with Nancy Lewis-Stanton at SendonWay and having lots of fun and learning so much. Lhunar has such a good work ethic and he seems to really enjoy going to the shows. I think he's learned that when he gets into the show ring, he has to get down to business. He settles right in and does his job. Of course, we do have those times when he thinks he knows the test better than I do - but that's part of the fun! The judges have very nice things to say about him - especially his wonderful gaits! There are a couple of photos attached. One is from our ride at Regionals - it was early in the morning and the sun was just breaking through the fog. Kate Sunder (a student of Nancy's from Lake Erie College) took it and I just thought it was so cool! Kate also took the other one, a pasture shot that shows how much Lhunar has matured.
Take care,
Sheila Hultgren
Hi Mo,
I just wanted to let you know that Lhunar is doing wonderfully. He had most of the winter off, except for some light riding a couple of times a week. We have been in training at Nancy Lewis-Stanton's since April and plan on being there through most of the summer. She is doing wonders with Lhunar. Nancy can't believe how well balanced he is for a three year old. He is so smart and what a great personality he has. Everyone just loves him because he is such a sweetie and tries so hard! Our lessons are going so well that Nancy thinks we should go to our first show in August and do a couple of Intro tests. So that's our current goal. As I get photos I'll be sure to send them to you.
Have a wonderful summer!
