Owner Comments

Ghotcha has had a very successful show season from Training through Intermediare I. He is schooling Grand Prix . Excellent piaffe, solid one tempi's, schooling passage.

Ghotcha is truly a special horse. He possesses all the qualities for a competitive Amateur with the gaits and brilliance required by a top Professional. Ghotcha has an FEI Passport and is currently qualified for Region 2 PSG Championships.

Ghotcha was raised from a weanling and trained by USDF Silver Medalist till the age of 9. He has since been in training with USDF Gold Medalist Ken McGrath. A good home is a MUST!

Hi, My name is Lisa Weekley and I bought Ghotcha from Danielle Gavriluk last December. You used to have information on your site about him. I am putting together a "baby" book. Do you still have the information and copies of the updates Danielle sent. I would love to have copies as keepsakes. Ghotcha is doing very well. He received 66.--% at PSG this weekend at Lamplight Dressage Championships. He came in first with his 16 year old rider. He has a confirmed piaffe, easily does one tempi's and just needs to strengthen his passage for I-1 and GP. We LOVE Him! I am the owner, the rider is a very talented 16 year old, Kristen Becker. In both her classes be beat out the Adult Am. and the Professional! It was amazing. I will keep you posted.
Thank you for your time, Lisa Weekley

May 2005:
Hello, Ghotcha won the Prix St. Georges at the Beland Farms recognized show this last Sunday. It was a small class, but he got a very respectable score of 63.25%. His ride time was in the afternoon, so he got to relax, walk around, graze, and all those things, so by the time I started to warm him up, he was much more relaxed and happy. His trot work is quite fluid, canter still gets a little tight, and he tends to anticipate the changes, although he did perfect 4s and perfect 3 s. The tempis could be a little more relaxed... He def. needs more training and mileage, but he was a good boy and I was very happy with him. Love your babies! Danielle

Hi Mo, very cute babies, I might invest in 2 colts this year. The Fabuleaux colt is so cute. Good luck with them this year! Ghotcha is doing well, I will show him Prix St. Georges this year. Here are a few pics. He is not easy, but he is so beautiful! The tempi changes are not too bad, he does them to two,s..

The canter pirouettes are still a little big, his piaffe is excellent and effortless, and we are now just starting the passage (which will be no problem) The main goal is more overall relaxation and "throughness". He is a little bit of a nervous nelly!. He is also a bit of a princess, very spoiled!!! I would never put up with half his antics if he was someone elses horse!!! He is strong and is getting very well muscled. Im hoping to have him ready for I2, maybe Grand Prix next year. I sold Ghibson this past August. He is in Rhode Island. Hope you like the pics! Take care, Sincerely, Danielle
