Shitake AKA Syrtaki
2007 Oldenburg Gelding
sire   Sir Donnerhall
dam   EM Rhwanda Rotspon/Gibraleon
We anxiously awaited the birth of this foal. One, because it was our last one due, and two, because of the great success and reputation of his sire, Sir Donnerhall. This colt does not disappoint us. He is personable, and what a mover!
SOLD! Congratulations to Jan Williams of North Hatfield, MA

Shki-Doo
2012 Oldenburg Gelding
sire   Sir James
dam   EM Rhwanda Rotspon/Gibraleon
April 2013: Shki Doo is a super mover with a friendly, in-your-pocket disposition. He will make a great dressage or perhaps hunter prospect for someone looking for a friend to love.
Fall 2012: Shki-Doo was unable to be presented at our GOV inspection since he was still on stall rest from a minor surgery. He has made a full recovery since then. This colt is a pretty boy who will not be as tall as Sir James has matured to (17.1 hands). Wanda has tempered the height a bit. This may well be the best foal of the year if you are looking for a hunter prospect. His dam's sire and grandsire were both known for good juming ability, and Shki-Doo looks to have the type of movement desired for the hunter ring. Hunter is not my thing, but I have bred and sold 5 winners of the Young Hunter Under Saddle at Devon.

SOLD! Congrats to Ashley of PA!

Shkittles
2008 Oldenburg Gelding
sire   Sinatra Song
dam   EM Wolkenzauber Wolkenstein II/Pinkus
Shkittles is now under saddle and he is the gelding version of Shugar Baby. He is tall and leggy with some filling out to do. His gaits are super and he is very rideable with a wanting to please attitude. He is in dressage training with John after the super saddle breaking by Kelly.
SOLD! Congrats to Andrea and Pat of NJ!

Shkywalker "Luke"
2010 Oldenburg Colt
sire   Shakespeare RSF
dam   Rhococo Renaissance/Adlerblick
Wow is all I can say about this colt's movement. He's a perfect prospect for the FEI ring.
SOLD! Congratulations to Nikki Serge of NJ!

Shlapjack aka Serengeti "JJ" (Jimmy Junior)
2012 Oldenburg Colt
sire   Sir James
dam   Senorita Lancet/Pinkus
Shlapjack is a clone of Sir James and will be much taller than Rita's other foals have been. He has a free shoulder and long strides with those long legs. His dam sire is the famous Lancet, Olympic Grand Prix dressage horse ridden by Emma Hindle for Great Britain. There is dressage performance blood on both sides of this amazing colt.
SOLD! Congratulations to Steven Tarshis of NJ!

Shmoky Quartz
2017 Oldenburg Gelding
sire   Shakespeare RSF
dam   Elite Stute Fhlora Fuerst Heinrich/Velton Third
This colt has long lines and is tall and leggy. I think he is one of Fhlora's best foals, and she has had some dynamite foals!
SOLD! Congratulations to Heather of NJ!

Shnickers
2008 Hanoverian Mare
sire   Sinatra Song
dam   EM Wyneth L Widmark/Davignon
Tied for fourth place at the GOV Mare Performance Test with a 7.61. She was not eligible for a premium since she is Hanoverian, so the tie was broken in favor of the Oldenburg mare. The Oldenburg mare with the same score received Special Premium title.
SOLD! Congratulations to Michelle Lauber of CO!

Sholitaire
2012 Oldenburg Colt
sire   Shakespeare RSF
dam   Elite Stute Fhlora Fuerst Heinrich/Velton Iii
LOVE this foal! This is a really good colt, with stallion prospect potential. I will retain him for the time being for our program. Never mind- I found the perfect home for him! It's fun to compare Sholitaire to Shoduko, who is also by Shakespeare RSF and out of Fhlora's daughter, Rhosemary, making them 3/4 brothers.

SOLD! Congratulations to Makenzie Rath of NE!

Shopper
2011 Oldenburg Gelding
sire   Shakespeare RSF
dam   EM Wyneth L Widmark/Davignon
Shopper is now under saddle and he shows the potential under saddle that we all saw in him as a young horse. This is a really good one!!!!

SOLD! Congratulations to Steven Trevor of NYC and his trainer, Olav Drehn!

Show N' Tell
2012 Oldenburg Gelding
sire   Sir Sinclair
dam   EM Cheerleader Cabalito/Rienzi
April 2013: Show N' Tell showed us his steady rhythmic trot and very good canter and walk at his spring gaits evaluation. Rideability is pre-programmed into this lovely dressage prospect. By Sir Sinclair (Mr. Rideable) out of EM Cheerleader (Mrs. Rideable). Guess what I think you'll get? Tell is a chunky boy who is not lacking for groceries. He is really sweet with three good gaits. If he is half as good as Dhoc Holliday has turned out to be (who was also a "chunky monkey" as a foal), someone will end up with a super riding horse!
SOLD! Congratulations to Maggie Zinck of Canada!

Showdown
2009 Oldenburg Gelding
sire   Shakespeare RSF
dam   EM Amulet Archipel/Windhuk
Since this colt almost didn't live through his birth, the premium designation is a bonus. Boy, can he move! He is one of the darkest Shakespears foals with an almost black coat. I love him!
SOLD! Congratulations to Judy Jacobs of Aiken, SC!

Showgirl "Lola"
2005 Hanoverian Filly
sire   Scimitar
dam   EM Acapella (Arrian-EM Papagena/Pablo)
Acapella was inspired by Glimmer and had a bay filly two hours later. She has a star, and is also a leggy one with a beautiful face and correct outline. We have named her Showgirl, Lola for short. Has already purposely jumped twice out of our breeding area, and she did it in perfect form!
SOLD! Congratulations to Marianne Butterworth, PA!

Shpades "Shatner"
2012 Oldenburg Gelding
sire   Shakespeare RSF
dam   Sabrina
April 2013: Shpades has caught up height-wise with the earlier born pasture mates. He can still really MOVE with the super hindquarter action he demonstrated as a foal. He is genetically programmed for success in the dressage ring. Fall 2012: He just uses his hind end like a rocket launcher. When he loses his baby fat and lengthens out a bit, he will be amazing.
SOLD! Congrats to Amanda and Brian Bailey of AR!

Shpectrum
2014 Oldenburg Gelding
sire   Sir James
dam   Elite Stute Fhlora Fuerst Heinrich/ Velton Third
I knew this was a special colt from the first day, and he has proved me right. He has a sweet character and unbelievable movement in all three gaits. Named Premium, Foal of Distinction, Top Colt and a stallion candidate.
SOLD! Congratulations to Marci in FL!

Shtarlet
2010 Oldenburg Filly
sire   Shakespeare RSF
dam   Gharbo Gold Luck/ Prince Orac xx
She was getting a little geeky for this video session, but I saw top movement a few weeks ago and her conformation is beautiful. Her half brother named Fhinancier won the Young Hunter Under Saddle at Devon this year.
SOLD! Congratulations to Ellen Kvinta Palmisano of Redding, CT!

Shterling
2017 Oldenburg Gelding
sire   Shakespeare RSF
dam   Special Premium/ Elite Lhorna Doone Londonderry/ Wolkentanz II
We LOVE the Shakespeare foals and this tall, leggy colt is no exception! He is a super mover, genetically programmed for upper level dressage.
SOLD! Congratulations to Deb of IL!

Shtrangelove aka Shaman
2010 Oldenburg Colt

Shtrapless
2011 Oldenburg Filly
sire   Shakespeare RSF
dam   EM Gharbo Gold Luck/Prince Orac xx
Shtrapless is a three year old who is one of the farm favorites to ride. She is very consistent and quiet under saddle. She has done the GOV Mare Performance Test with good scores- a very tough test for a three year old. We showed her at some breed shows this year and she did quite well. At Dressage at Stone Tavern, August 31, 2014, she won the three year old fillies class. We then took her to Dressage at Devon 2014, where she placed 5th in the 3 year old fillies class, and 2nd in the three year old filly materiale. We think she would make a super mount for an amateur dressage rider, or perhaps she could follow in the footsteps of her successful half brother, Fhinancier, and shine in the hunter ring.
SOLD! Congratulations to FEI rider and trainer Sally "Sam" Calabro of VA!

Shtratego
2012 Oldenburg Gelding
sire   Shakespeare RSF
dam   EM Chee Chee Contucci/Banter
Shtratego was deemed to be a bit immature looking at his stallion licensing, but since he is so good to ride, and I already have 2 other Shakespeare sons that have been licensed, I have decided to geld him and offer him for sale as a riding horse.
SOLD! Congrats to Carlie of MD!

Shudoku
2012 Oldenburg Colt
sire   Shakespeare RSF
dam   Special Premium Rhosemary Rosentanz/Fuerst Heinrich
Unfortunately, Shoduku was at a funny growth phase for both of these video sessions. He was starting to get butt high, affecting his balance so that he kept spilling from the trot into canter. Trust me on this one, folks. He is a really good one! It's fun to compare Shoduko to Sholitaire, who is also by Shakespeare RSF and out of Rhosemary's mother, Fhlora, making them 3/4 brothers.
SOLD! Congratulations to Marta Renilla of Woodlands Equestrian Center in Tomball, TX!

Shuez
2013 Oldenburg Mare
sire   Sir James
dam   Elite Stute Fhlora Fuerst Heinrich/Velton Third
Foal inspection report: Shuez was not very motivated to show off at the inspection. She was our youngest filly, and we had to bring her and Fhlora out of the hot paddock, since we give our stalls to our guests. She moved quite well in the round pen, so be sure to watch the whole video.

SOLD! Congratulations to Anne of MA!

Shuffleboard
2012 Oldenburg Gelding
sire   Shakespeare RSF
dam   EM Whitney Q Weltbekannt/Leibniz
April 2013: Shuffleboard surprised us all at his spring evaluation of his gaits when free running. He showed us the gaits he had previously been hiding with his laid back disposition. He is a really good one!

This colt has a disposition that is quiet and easy- perfect for the amateur who isn't as adventurous with young horses as some others and we all know that three good gaits and a good mind can win ribbons for you in the show ring- more so than a fancy trot. Whitney always has made elastic movers with super walks and this colt is no exception. He is really an easy, elastic mover at the trot and canter with a super walk, like the 9 that Whitney received at her inspection. Shuffleboard will mature in the range of 16.2 hands or so.
SOLD! Congrats to Amy of NM!

Shugar Baby
2008 Oldenburg Filly
sire   Sinatra Song
dam   EM Whispre Weltmeyer/Brentano II
Shugar Baby is now under saddle and she is now in dressage training with John after Kelly's phenominal breaking. She is tall and leggy with a lot of filling out to do, but her gaits and rideability are really super. This is a good one, folks! She is closely related to Shakespeare and Sir James, and I already have her mother, EM Whispre and her half sister, EM Rheporter, in my broodmare band. This is an opportunity to get the best from my breeding program for your use as a riding horse or broodmare. She will be ready to take the GOV Mare Performance test this summer.
SOLD! Congratulations to Lawson Duncan of Kansas!
